When a shower replacement is not enough
Sometimes the shower is the symptom and the room is the problem. If the vanity is failing, the flooring is lifting and the layout never worked, a full bathroom remodel makes more sense than replacing one wet area and leaving the rest to age around it.
Most homeowners we meet do not need that. They need the wet area fixed and everything else left alone, which is a smaller remodel project and a much smaller number. But we will say so either way. If what you actually want is a new bathroom with a fresh bathroom design, we will scope that honestly instead of talking you into the cheaper job.
